Fundraising Concert - Wormhill
Hi Toby, Thanks so much for coming to Wormhill last night. We really enjoyed it, the music was great and the atmosphere brilliant. We made £321.60 for the village hall funds, I’m so sorry that there were a few empty seats but those of us that made the effort to support the local hall were rewarded by the fabulous act that is Breeze and Wilson. I really look forward to seeing you live again and will be booking tickets at the next local event. Regards AngieHouse Concert - Madeley
Hello!!! We've had so many messages of thanks and appreciation for Saturday night and people saying how great the music was. A really big thank you to you both. And...... it looks like we've made £1,700 for the Foundation. So brilliant stuff. See you soon Love MelanieVintage Bistro - Hampton, New Brunswick.
We asked the organiser of this concert if she remembered our concert well enough to do a review of the evening. This was her reply (which we were extremely happy to receive!).....
"Of course we remember you enough to write a review of your show at Vintage. You made so many people happy that night. Many people thought it was the best show they had attended yet at Vintage...and that's not easy considering the calibre of entertainers we draw. So, putting it plainly, your excellent performance and stage presence made the whole night a very personal one for attendees...you are obviously dedicated professionals who tailor your entire show to the community in which you are performing, and personalizing it along the way so that people feel you have designed the show just for them.
We would welcome you back to Vintage in a heartbeat. Just let me know when.
Thank you,
Carol Anne"

Hello Toby and Graham,
First of all thank you both so much for the concert on Saturday. I have had great feedback from the punters .......,'beautiful music, just perfect, a great night out,' etc. 'when will they come back?' I have had good comments from younger and older folk alike.
The final total we raised from the concert was £950 but all the food was donated which amounted to an extra £200 added in: the raffle also helped too. We are really pleased that our first Appeal event raised so much money. So thank you so much for coming to play for us and not charging at all.
We would like you to come back with another concert in November and wonder if we could fix a date now. We realise that next time you would like a 50/50 split of the profits. We do think it best to attract a good audience with food too, particularly as some of our older villagers who live alone don't often get a hot nutritious meal for themselves. I hope we did not spend too much time over the meal from your point of view though. We aimed to take half an hour, but to serve 83 people took us a bit longer.
Many many thanks again
Margaret.
